Our products are shipped directly from South Korea, guaranteeing that our customers receive only the highest quality, most trusted, and authentic brands.

* How can I place an order?
Please fill out your order quantities on the provided price list and return it to us, keeping in mind that all orders must be in full box units.
* What is the MOA?
MOA stands for Minimum Order Amount. This is the minimum total value required for a single order placed with us.
* What are the available payment methods?
Currently, we accept payments via Bank Transfer (T/T).
* What shipping methods are available?
We offer three main shipping options (Incoterms):

EXW: You are responsible for arranging a forwarder to pick up the products from the our warehouse.

FCA: We will deliver the products to your forwarder's warehouse within Korea. The domestic delivery fee will be charged based on the weight, volume, and destination of the shipment.

DAP (Delivered-at-Place): Shipping via FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Delivery is handled directly to your specified address. Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and volume of your order, as well as the final delivery destination.
* Does GLOWISE handle customs clearance?
Please note that we do not handle customs clearance. We recommend checking your local import regulations and customs requirements before placing an order, as the importer is responsible for all applicable duties and taxes. For precise estimates on these fees, please consult a local customs broker.
* How long is the lead time for my order?
Orders are typically ready for shipment within 15 business days following payment confirmation.
